The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of the Covid-19 epidemic process on the management field, the development trends of field studies and the focal points of the researches that have been and will be conducted in the field of management. In this context, during the research quantitative and qualitative analysis has been adopted in order to reveal the effects of Covid-19 in the field of management in a holistic way and to ensure that important points are noticed and interpreted. As a result of the research, it has been determined that in order to manage the impacts of the Covid-19 epidemic, it is necessary to establish robust and sustainable management strategies, to increase the applications of remote working, advanced technology and digitalization in line with changing working and life patterns, to determine new criteria in performance evaluation and audit, to review crisis management and leadership processes.
