This research method is, applied a qualitative research, data were collected from observations, interviews, and documentation. The sample of this research is the students of class XI SMAN 18 Makassar who follow the English Club. the writer uses interview guidelines. The results of this study indicated that the English day program can improve students' speaking skills. However, the implementation of English day at SMAN 18 Makassar has not been carried out well because: some students still use Indonesian during English day, and some students are not confident to speak English with friends around them. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨英语日课程的实施对学生口语能力的影响。本研究采用定性研究的方法,通过观察、访谈和文献资料收集数据。作者使用了采访指南。本研究结果显示,英语日课程能提高学生的口语能力。然而,由于一些学生在英语日期间仍然使用印尼语,以及一些学生没有信心与周围的朋友说英语,因此,斯曼18望加锡英语日的实施并没有很好地进行。建议英语俱乐部负责人在学校环境中实施英语日项目,并收紧适用规则,因为英语日是国际学校的重要项目。关键词:实施,英语日,节目,口语,技巧。
