Thus, in this research it is proposed an improved model with realistic speed for a lane based on two typical models of microscopic vehicular traffic with Cellular Automata proposed by Nagel and Schreckenberg (NaSch) and the car-following models. Furthermore, this model expose the vehicle speed fluctuation of either one or any vehicles.
