摘要

针对单体液压支柱参数化设计和优化过程中存在的可靠性问题,本文提出了一种新的可靠性计算方法,并与传统的可靠性计算和校核方法进行了比较。首先利用三维软件建立液压支柱的几何模型,然后利用有限元软件ansys对其进行分析和优化。结果表明,该方法具有较高的可靠性和准确性。
