In process of weft rectification, the combination of fuzzy algorithm and PID control is used to adjust rectification device to perform weft skew or weft bending rectification. Experimental results show that the detection system can calculate weft skew angle more accurately, weft rectification ability is strong and precision is high. 摘要

提出了一种基于dsp的摄像机调湿检测系统。采用两台12k高速线扫描CCD相机获取织物的纹理图案。采用DSP+FPGA控制方式对织物的织构形态进行分析,获得准确的织物状态。在纠纬过程中,采用模糊算法与PID控制相结合的方法对纠纬装置进行纠纬或弯纬。实验结果表明,该检测系统能较准确地计算出纬纱偏斜角,纠偏能力强,精度高。该检测系统适用于多种织物,具有良好的应用前景。
