Two 12k high-speed line scan CCD cameras are used to obtain texture pattern of fabric. The texture morphology of fabric is analyzed by DSP+FPGA control mode to obtain accurate fabric state. In process of weft rectification, the combination of fuzzy algorithm and PID control is used to adjust rectification device to perform weft skew or weft bending rectification. Experimental results show that the detection system can calculate weft skew angle more accurately, weft rectification ability is strong and precision is high.
