It also tries to examine if they both contribute significantly to increase the teachers’ work performance. The used data were collected from previous academic published researches, in which the researchers used different methods to analyze their studies such as surveys and questioners which were made in different schools for employees with different ages and genders. It was collected through a questionnaire given to 180 teachers in 4 private schools in Sharjah.
