摘要

为了提高混合装载机的节能效果,提出了一种适用于并联混合装载机的动力系统。分析了混合动力装载机的系统结构、工况特点和控制策略,研究了工作装置的节能效果。通过对5吨混合动力装载机主要部件参数的变化和仿真,找出工作装置工作和不工作时的最佳参数。仿真结果表明,在基于动态规则的控制策略下,系统安装了工作装置对燃油消耗的影响,以及是否使用工作装置会产生一定的差异。采用工作装置的液压制动再生系统在蓄能器体积相同的情况下,泵/马达的排量应大于停止工作装置的系统,说明在并联混合动力装载机参数匹配过程中,工作装置的条件不容忽视。
