This article selects the 2013 annual report data from the GTA CSMAR Database and uses the factor analysis and the cluster analysis of SPSS22.0 multivariate statistical methods. Respectively, it evaluates the Guangdong listed small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) sustainable development ability according to single factor score and comprehensive factor score.
