摘要

本研究阐明了利用局部叠加强电场原理控制放电位置的可行性。基于这一原理,提出了两种提高线切割加工中放电位置可控性的方法:1)通过增加叠加电压来改善局部强电场,2)通过每个放电周期的连续叠加来提高放电概率。实验结果表明,传统干式电火花线切割的放电位置可以均匀地分散在工件表面上,并且可以成功地将放电移动到高压点附近。
