摘要

目的:了解母亲对脑积水患儿生活质量的认知。方法:对某公立儿科医院12例脑积水患儿母亲进行定性研究。数据从半结构化访谈中收集,并进行内容分析。结果:根据母亲的说法,患有脑积水的儿童有相当大的运动缺陷,但有些人设法正常行使这项功能。情绪状态无明显变化;在学业表现方面,大部分学生没有在学校学习或跟不上其他人的学习节奏,但他们都能保持良好的人际关系。结论:根据母亲的认知,脑积水患儿在运动、教育和情感发展方面存在缺陷,但在人际关系方面无损害。
