Displacement sensor and pressure sensor of signals are collected and transmitted via two USB to PC, it can be observed in real time online, at the same time, people can control the movement of the push rod status by PC to send commands. STM32 chip has low power consumption and high stability, so it is to detect displacement of the core control chip in this system. The propeller range is 0-600 mm, to reduce displacement and thrust of error and improve operational efficiency of the system, the feedback control algorithm with a cloud model, cloud controller is designed so that the control accuracy of ± 5mm, and enhance the system rapidity.
