In this paper we present a new approach of location service system which realizes location-based mobile IM chatting functions. We design and develop this system on the platform of J2ME/Servlet, first apply LL-TOA (the uplink time of arrival) of base station for positioning the mobile phone, and then employ the WTK (J2ME Wireless Toolkit) to display the interface and achieve the IM function based on the user's location. 摘要
目前,无线移动定位和即时通讯技术在世界范围内得到了广泛的应用,但目前还没有将两者结合起来的公开研究或应用。本文提出了一种新的位置服务系统,实现了基于位置的移动IM聊天功能。本系统在J2ME/Servlet平台上进行设计和开发,首先利用基站的LL-TOA (uplink of arrival time)对手机进行定位,然后利用WTK (J2ME Wireless Toolkit)显示界面,实现基于用户位置的IM功能。该系统提供了一种全新的定位和通信服务体验,具有很高的经济和市场前景。
