About 20 respondents are  measured by the validity and the reliability testing, whereas 100 respondents will participate in the path analysis test. The findings reveal that tourism attractiveness has a positive influence on the tourism image. Similarly, the service quality positively affects the tourism image. In addition, tourism attractiveness has a positive impact on visitor satisfaction, as the service quality does. The tourism image acts as a mediator between tourism attractiveness and visitor satisfaction, aside from its direct effects. The results emphasize the significance in maintaining and enhancing tourism attractiveness and service quality to improve the tourism image and visitor satisfaction. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析旅游吸引力和服务质量如何通过旅游形象影响游客满意度,以别加西县慈卡朗铁木尔区慈巴扬村Kawung Tilu为特定区域。研究方法是一种定量描述性方法,包括120名受访者,他们是旅游景点的游客。约20名受访者将接受效度和信度测试,而100名受访者将参与路径分析测试。研究发现,旅游吸引力对旅游形象具有正向影响。同样,服务质量对旅游形象也有积极的影响。此外,旅游吸引力对游客满意度有正向影响,服务质量也有正向影响。旅游形象在旅游吸引力与游客满意度之间除了直接作用外,还起着中介作用。研究结果强调了保持和提升旅游吸引力和服务质量对提高旅游形象和游客满意度的重要意义。在开发旅游村的背景下,为了有意识地为游客创造积极的体验,有效地推广旅游目的地,考虑这些因素是至关重要的。
