摘要

本文提出了一种基于电压稳定性的方法,在一定概率下确定多个新风场的最大规模。基于威布尔概率密度函数,给出了风电场最大规模与风电场允许输出在一定概率下的关系表达式。然后给出了以电压稳定裕度作为系统稳定性指标的迭代策略。最后,将本文提出的方法应用于PSS/E的一个实例。结果表明,本文提出的方法可以同时准确地计算多个风电场的最大规模。
