摘要

默认情况下,在执行由BPMS(业务流程管理系统)支持的流程时,任何需要人工干预的任务都被交付给在相应“角色”上注册的所有人员。本文认为,为了优化组织中的工作执行,有必要协调要执行的任务的特征以及可能执行这些任务的人的社会和人的方面。从这个意义上说,BPMS在管理组织过程的执行时,应该准备好选择更适合执行每项任务的人力资源,考虑到他们自己的特点,以及能够完成这些任务的人的特点。
