Because of the condition, the teacher needs to approach to inform their students about English itself. That is whythe sociolinguistic approach is needed in that condition because it can make students understand and comprehend easily the contextoftheir English book. Therefore, this study is the gap to know teachers' perspectives on the use of the sociolinguistic approach in ELT and hindering that the teachers found in the implementation sociolinguistic approach. This study used descriptive qualitative research with 26 participants of English teachers. 摘要

英语的使用很少会使学生的口语能力和理解能力达到老师的要求。这导致学生无法理解老师所解释的内容,因为他们的英语词汇量很少。此外,学生书中的文本使用了外国叙事和外国活动,使学生无法理解和理解书本身的语境。在这种情况下,教师需要主动向学生介绍英语本身。这就是为什么在这种情况下需要社会语言学的方法,因为它可以使学生理解和理解他们的英语书的背景。因此,本研究是了解教师对在英语教学中使用社会语言学方法的看法和教师在实施社会语言学方法时发现的障碍的空白。本研究采用描述性质性研究方法,对26名英语教师进行调查。研究结果表明,社会语言学为学生提供了积极的视角和益处。
