This paper analyzes the operation principle and presents hardware structure about digital control system of the soft-switch arc welding/cutting inverter power source. Then the software system is designed based on phase shift realization principle, and a detailed flowchart of the main program and the interrupt service routine are given. Through plentiful experiments and tests, it can be found that the soft-switch arc welding/cutting inverter power source based on digital control system operates well in various working situations. Research on Digital Soft-switch Welding/Cutting Inverter Power Source
