摘要

随着全球化的发展,世界越来越紧密地联系在一起。国际商务越来越普遍,跨文化商务沟通越来越重要。具有良好的跨文化意识和良好的商业知识的外语管理人才是受欢迎的,具有市场竞争力。因此,为了满足市场的需求,高校培养学生在商业环境中的跨文化交际能力(ICC)已经迫在眉睫。笔者提出了“跨文化商务交际能力(IBCC)”,指的是在跨文化环境中进行有效、恰当的商务交际的能力。基于个人的理解和教学经验,本文提出了“M.A.K.”“E”模式培养大学生跨文化商务交际能力。可为外语教学、跨文化教学、商务英语教学及其他交际课程教学提供参考。
