Poltekkes Kemenkes Tanjungpinang has conducted a workshop on IPE in 2018, besides that several lecturers have also been trained to become IPE facilitators by the PPSDM Health Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia. This study was aims  to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the readiness of lecturers at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Tanjungpinang in facing Interprofessional Education (IPE). This research was a quantitative research, the type of research used is descriptive analytic which is analyzed by the chi square test and exact fisher. The subjects of this research were 42 lecturers of Tanjungpinang Health Poltekkes. The results  was showed that the risk factors for lecturers who had sufficient knowledge tended to be 2,567 times more unprepared for IPE than those who had good knowledge. However, there was no significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the readiness of lecturers to face IPE. 摘要

跨专业教育最初是由世界卫生组织(世卫组织)发起的,作为一项战略,旨在加强不同卫生工作者之间的协作,以便发现问题并能够全面解决问题,从而实现高质量的卫生服务成果。Poltekkes Kemenkes Tanjungpinang于2018年举办了IPE研讨会,此外,印度尼西亚共和国PPSDM卫生部还培训了几位讲师成为IPE促进者。本研究的目的是要确定知识水平与丹中槟榔学院讲师面对跨专业教育的准备程度之间的关系。本研究为定量研究,研究方法为描述性分析,采用卡方检验和精确费雪法进行分析。本研究以丹中槟榔屿卫生所42名讲师为研究对象。研究结果显示,知识充足的讲师所面临的风险因素比知识充足的讲师所面临的风险因素多2,567倍。然而,知识水平与讲师面对国际政治经济学的准备程度之间没有显著的关系。本研究结果可作为政策制定者在为三个研究项目的讲师和学生准备跨专业教育(IPE)时的参考。
