摘要

针对油罐液位检测问题,结合油罐液位红外成像,提出了一种基于自适应双阈值Canny算子的油罐液位检测新方法。基于Canny准则的自适应双阈值边缘检测算子可以根据不同的图像直方图特征自动设置阈值水平,避免人为选择阈值不合适导致边缘信息损失,特别是罐位信息损失。在提取槽位红外成像信息的过程中,自动分析水平条纹的数量,根据横向条纹的数量,得到每条水平条纹的具体位置。仿真结果表明,基于自适应双阈值canny算子的罐位边缘检测可以很好地应用于罐位检测。
