At the mean time requirements such as making the control strategies robust to the uncertainties that caused by the intermittency of renewables, have been considered to be of great significance to the electricity network reliability. This paper presents a robust OPF solution for meshed AC and multi-terminal HVDC grids, with large-scale offshore renewable generations connection via voltage source converters (VSC). The obtained solution is robust against uncertain load and wind generation, and able to guarantee full usage of electricity generated by RES. 摘要

随着大型海上风电场和浮动光伏发电场的发展,多端高压直流系统在将可再生能源与主暖通电网相连接方面受到了广泛关注。在经济运行中,考虑将海上可再生能源发电注入到暖通空调主系统中变得越来越重要。同时,控制策略对可再生能源间歇性不确定性的鲁棒性要求对电网可靠性具有重要意义。针对大型海上可再生电源通过电压源变流器(VSC)连接的网状交流和多端高压直流电网,提出了一种鲁棒的OPF解决方案。所得到的解决方案对不确定负荷和风力发电具有鲁棒性,能够保证可再生能源发电的充分利用。采用可再生能源的多端高压直流系统在适应间歇性可再生能源方面具有独特的能力和灵活性。
