摘要

本文提出了一种新型复合式笼形转子异步电动机,其转子棒由上部为合金(电、磁导体),下部为铸铝组成。采用有限元法对IMCCR的电磁场和热场进行了耦合分析。首先计算了锁转子电动机运行时的电磁场和冲击电流,并通过热分析研究了电动机的瞬态传热过程。因此,研究了运行状态对电机性能的影响,特别是对绕组绝缘的影响。所得结果与实验数据进行了比较。
