The paper described the development status and theoretical foundation of the three-dimension digital map, then introduced the construction principle of real three-dimension digital map and virtual three-dimension digital map, and pointed out the importance of the computer graphics in the building of three-dimension digital map. According to the current three-dimension digital map products, the paper provided three methods building three-dimension digital map, namely, CAD technology, OpenGL technology and GIS-based software technology, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of those methods. 摘要

随着计算机和空间数据采集技术的快速发展,三维数字地图已经成为地图的一个重要发展方向,在网络环境下给我们的生活带来了巨大的影响。介绍了三维数字地图的发展现状和理论基础,介绍了真实三维数字地图和虚拟三维数字地图的构建原理,指出了计算机图形学在三维数字地图构建中的重要性。根据现有的三维数字地图产品,提出了三种构建三维数字地图的方法,即CAD技术、OpenGL技术和基于gis的软件技术,并分析了这些方法的优缺点。最后,对三维数字地图的发展和应用前景提出了合理的建议。
