本文围绕人工智能的前沿技术,详细介绍了以决策为中心的战,并以此为基础设计了海战辅助决策系统的技术框架。在此基础上,构建了以知识驱动、数据驱动计算模型、网络训练方法技术、态势认知与智能决策技术和作战信息分布式计算技术为支撑的海上作战智能辅助决策应用技术框架。该框架基于目前人工智能在Deep Mind、Open AI、DARPA和腾讯团队中的成功应用实例,这些应用实例被证明是实用和可操作的。
