摘要

尽管企业资源规划(ERP)已被大规模采用,但实现预期效益仍然是一项具有挑战性的任务。组织文化作为整体组织情境的代表,在以往的ERP同化研究中往往被忽视。本文在分析相关文献的基础上,从人际和谐、结果导向、创新、控制和效率五个维度,探讨了中国情境下组织文化通过用户参与的中介作用对ERP有效同化的影响。然后,建立了一个综合的研究模型,然后进行了测试。(摘要)
