The paper establish the project collaborative optimization ratio model, considering the construction investment, power supply capacity and land resource utilization ratio and reliability level of the unit power supply area under different load levels of each scheme. A comprehensive quantitative economic and technological comparison calculation for regional power grid planning schemes is carried out, to establish the efficiency evaluation coefficient of power grid planning scheme. The evaluation model based on the collaborative optimization efficiency evaluation of power grid project is established to guide the selection of power grid planning scheme.
