There into, the number and accuracy of the extracted feature points in the image will directly influence the effect of 3D reconstruction. This paper simplifies and improves the AffineSIFT algorithm. The time complexity of this algorithm is in the same order of magnitude as the SIFT algorithm. With the combination of quasi-dense matching algorithm based on region growing, the number of corresponding image points are gained in wide distribution. Then the triangulation algorithm for spatial point cloud is proposed.
