Based on the perspective of the reliability data analysis and application, combining the practical experience of the distribution network operation in the work groups, the article sets up a typical database of standard operation time and a comprehensive power failure duration prediction model in 10kV distribution network to reduce the prediction deviation of the reliability of power supply, and improves the standardized operation time post evaluation system.
