。本研究的目的是研究泰国有机水稻产业的人口特征、有机水稻种植方法和价值链态度对运营效率的影响。这项研究的样本来自泰国有机大米行业的300名参与者。采用SPSS统计软件包对数据进行分析，包括确认元素分析(CFA)、通径分析和结构方程模型分析(SEM)。研究结果表明，农民人口特征、有机水稻种植方法和价值链态度影响泰国有机水稻产业的运营效率。
