摘要

近年来,科学界对金属材料在不同试验条件下的磨损性能以及残余应力的测量表现出极大的兴趣。因此,本研究的目的是分析热处理对P410D铁素体不锈钢残余应力和摩擦学行为的影响。结果表明:随着不同热处理条件下材料硬度的提高,P410D铁素体不锈钢的抗微磨粒磨损能力增强,表现为磨损体积减小;报告的残余应力是“吸引”的;此外,观察到最低的残余应力值与较低的磨损体积值有关。
