摘要

由于数控加工中远程视频监控图像信号数据量大,需要较长时间进行数据处理,严重影响数控设备的实际控制情况。本研究结合DSP和ARM的优势,形成一个独立的双核结构嵌入式网络视频采集与压缩系统。该系统结合了WEB技术、嵌入式技术和图像压缩技术,实现了整个系统的高度集成化和工业级的稳定性能,可以适应远程多用户视频监控的需要,还可以实现非值班数字视频录制功能,如果辅以图像识别和定位技术,则可用于无人管理的数控加工和智能机器人控制等领域。
