The technology of using the scientometric database Scopus for evaluating the effectiveness of pedagogical research

. The work describes the technology of using information and digital technologies (in particular, the Scopus scientometric database) to evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical research. Thus, using research, explanatory, illustrative, and heuristic methods, various forms of using the Scopus NDB were considered – both to evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical research of an individual scientist (review of general data, scientometric indicators – h‐index, the total number of citations, total number of publications; activity by years, popularity of publications by year, citations of individual publications, determination of the place (rank) of a scientist in an institution, etc.), as well as a particular institution (review of general data, number of publications, number of authors, ratings of authors according to various criteria, topics of publications, cooperation with other institutions, etc.).
