Variable grid size motion estimation using spatial transformations
Conventional spatial transform based motion estimation algorithms are not practical because of heavy computational loads. In this paper, we proposed variable grid size motion estimation method, which is more efficient than conventional spatial transform based methods and gives better PSNR performance than the conventional block matching algorithm.
