摘要

一名13岁男性患者,表现为上颌和下颌犬齿颊突,上、下前倾,I级磨牙关系。第一次前磨牙拔牙采用最大锚固方案,以纠正拥挤。采用t -环(0.017 × 0.025”TMA)节段弓力学矫治颊突。在治疗结束时,患者的软组织轮廓和微笑明显改善。矫正上颌弓拥挤、前倾,维持I类磨牙关系。
