This type of research includes quantitative research specifically this research wants to see about the influence of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to performance. As for the population or the object of this study are employees of the State Civil Service in the Padang Panjang City Government. The sampling method used for this research is proportional random sampling with a total sample of 272 respondents.
