摘要

公共餐饮服务的定义是满足在学校、医院等不同场所工作的人们的营养需求,菜单规划是公共餐饮服务最重要的一个阶段。菜单规划是一个非常复杂的过程,不仅要考虑成本、能量/营养单位、味道、多样性等诸多因素,还要同时考虑一些目标。目标规划是一种可用于这种过程的编程方法,它是一种用于多目的决策的技术。在目标规划作为一种基于数据的技术中,针对数据不确定的情况,也提出了模糊目标规划模型。在本研究中,为19 - 30岁的工人准备了一个午餐菜单规划示例。菜单计划为非可选的。在规划过程中,由于数据的模糊性,采用了模糊目标规划方法。
