Agent-based simulation in market and production system
The Nash bargaining solution of oligopolies is introduced, and agent-based simulation model and procedure are developed, in which the firms are able to learn and approach the cooperative solution. An example with three firms illustrates the methodology, in which both sequential and simultaneous moves are allowed.
