This study aims to determine the intervention utilization healthy booklet against growth and development of child under 5 years of age. The type of research used in this study is quasi experiment with non-randomized pre-test-post-test control group design. Sampling technique is exhaustive sampling amounted to 100 respondents. Where there are 2 groups (intervention and control), each amounted to 50 respondents. The result showed that there was a significant difference of knowledge (p=0.000), attitude (p=0.000) and practice (p=0.000) of before and after obtaining intervention. 摘要

利用健康手册向拥有《母婴健康手册》的5岁以下儿童的母亲提供信息,其中包括营养摄入或当地补充喂养、保健、刺激和访问综合保健服务中心的额外信息,方法是使用模块和传单进行讲座提问。本研究旨在探讨健康手册对5岁以下儿童生长发育的干预作用。本研究采用准实验方式,采用非随机前测后测对照组设计。抽样方法是穷尽抽样,共抽样100人。两组(干预组和对照组)各50人。结果显示,干预前后的知识(p=0.000)、态度(p=0.000)和实践(p=0.000)均有显著差异。结论使用母婴健康手册对改善包包市5岁以下儿童的线性关系和认知更有效。
