This study used a qualitative approach, in which a qualitative approach is a researchers who are directly involved in an activity and try to understand it, both organizational and corporate activities, in a community environment, or during interviews. The research technique used is a content analysis research technique which is a research technique used to study and reveal in detail about a dynamic process by having a basic component of the content of a literary work. 摘要
