摘要

研究了由音圈电机驱动的气轴承线性级辨识与控制问题。舞台载荷大于5kg,模型必须包含高带宽、高精度运动控制的机构模式。为此,引入了基于归一化素因子的辨识方法。通过辨识可以得到精确的高阶模型,但由于模型阶数过高,无法控制设计,因此需要进行模型约简。最后,结合灵敏度函数整形进行了多项式极点配置。实验结果表明,该平台可轻松实现10 nm的位置步进。
