The results showed that administration of Petro Gladiator® Probiotic has a significant effect (α <0.05) on the increase in total body length of earthworms, while from the weight gain of compost in treatment of different Petro Gladiator® probiotic, there was no significant difference with the Tuket test (α = 0.05). The administration of probiotics significantly (α <0.05) increased the percentage of total N and P content, and decreased total K content. The addition of Petro Gladiator® probiotics has an effect on the length and weight of earthworms. 摘要

本研究旨在通过测定Petro Gladiator®益生菌对蚯蚓(Lumbricus rubellus)生长的影响,以蚯蚓的体长和体重为指标,确定益生菌和蚯蚓(Lumbricus rubellus)的堆肥产量。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD), 3个处理,4个重复。本研究的样本是手工分拣的3公斤蚯蚓。结果表明,添加Petro Gladiator®益生菌对蚯蚓总体长的增加有显著影响(α <0.05),而在堆肥增重方面,不同益生菌处理与Tuket试验差异不显著(α = 0.05)。添加益生菌显著(α <0.05)提高了全氮、全磷含量,降低了全钾含量。添加Petro Gladiator®益生菌对蚯蚓的长度和重量有影响。添加Petro Gladiator®益生菌还能提高堆肥质量,提高全氮、全磷和有机质质量,降低碳氮比。关键词:蚯蚓,堆肥,牛粪培养基,益生菌
