This system will retrieve the most similar enrolment plan from the senior students' records, in order to suggest the current student who is facing of a probation situation (GPAX<2.00) and coming to have an advice with his/her advisor. To develop the system, a methodology is distinguished into three parts of research study which are data preparation, similarity calculation and matching, and counseling system.
