The reading materials are limited on the recount texts. Questionnaires and documentation were used to gain the data from eight year students related to the ideal condition and the real condition of English instruction in SMPN 3 Banyuwangi. The data analysis was conducted by following three steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The result indicated that there was a gap between the ideal condition and the real condition of reading activities. Thus, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop Banyuwangi local wisdoms based reading materials in SMPN 3 Banyuwangi. 摘要

本研究的目的是呈现对半玉望基地方智慧型初中阅读材料的需求分析结果。阅读材料仅限于叙述文本。采用问卷调查法和文献资料法,对八年级学生的英语教学现状和理想情况进行调查。数据分析分为三个步骤:数据收集、数据还原、数据呈现、结论或验证。结果表明,学生阅读活动的理想状态与实际状态之间存在一定的差距。因此,可以得出结论,有必要在SMPN 3中开发基于Banyuwangi地方智慧的阅读材料。本开发以文本为基础,以班育旺吉文化为语篇,整合语言成分,以学生为中心。
