In the proposed control strategy, the generalized disturbance is estimated using local input and output data by a local state observer. Then, the estimation of generalized disturbance is used in a local state feedback controller to reject it and track the related references. 摘要

本文将广义扩展状态观测器应用于多区域电力系统的负荷-频率控制。通过使用该观测器,系统不需要精确的动态模型,因此,与传统的负载-频率控制方法相比,对系统参数的不确定性和干扰具有更强的鲁棒性。此外,由于对扰动及其导数都进行了估计,该方法可以抑制高阶扰动,而不仅仅是阶跃扰动。对每个区域定义一个广义扰动信号。它由未建模的系统动态、外部干扰和其他区域的相互作用组成。在该控制策略中,由局部状态观测器利用局部输入和输出数据估计广义扰动。然后,在局部状态反馈控制器中使用广义扰动的估计来抑制它并跟踪相关的参考。仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。
