FORMATION OF READINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF FOREIGN STUDENTS - FUTURE AVIATION ENGINEERS
The article reveals the urgency of solving the problem of forming the readiness for professional activity of foreign students-future engineers of the aviation industry in the process of their professional training. The views of modern domestic and foreign scientists on the professional training of engineering personnel in institutions of higher technical education, including aviation specialties, and current issues of training foreign students are analyzed. There are a number of contradictions faced by foreign students who come to an unfamiliar country to obtain their chosen specialty. The importance of pedagogical support during the adaptation period of foreign students is emphasized. The basic requirements and responsibilities of aircraft maintenance engineers according to the Handbook of Qualification Characteristics of Workers' Professions (Issue 68 "Air Transport") are analyzed. It was found that the readiness for professional activity of foreign students-future engineers of the aviation industry is a dynamic system of interconnected external and internal personality factors that interact in conjunction with the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during professional training. activities. It is emphasized that the formation of readiness for professional activity of foreign students-future engineers of the aviation industry will be effective provided the creation of an appropriate educational and information environment and the construction of a personal learning trajectory.
