Based on the results of the analysis of such production chemical characteristics and experimental studies, areas for improving the technological process and equipment were identified that could increase productivity and safety of the work process. This could be achieved by intensifying the chemical reactions in the activation reactor by optimizing the regime parameters, using the rational equipment designs that optimize the motion (supply, removal and mixing) of the material flows, as well as by introducing technical solutions that increase production safety by separating or dividing part of the products resulting from the activation. These approaches would make it possible to simplify and intensify the work process and the equipment used, for example, by combining certain operations. Based on the results of the research, as well as on the analysis of the literary sources, design and technological measures are proposed to implement the indicated approaches for improving equipment and technology.","PeriodicalId":198502,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of Higher Educational Institutions.
