摘要

以往对配电馈线无功值规划的研究主要采用非线性规划方法,并已发表了大量论文。然而,在过去的二十年里,人们开始讨论新的方法,如遗传算法、模糊方法和神经网络方法。虽然结果都很不错,但我们还是想找到一种新的方法来解决VAr问题。因此,本文首先提出灰色系统理论中最重要的课题之一GM(1,N)模型来进行配电网的VAr规划。在建立模型后,我们以台湾电力系统的一个小型系统为例,来实施新的无功规划方法。
