摘要

变电站无人值守运行已成为当今电力系统的发展趋势。传统的变电站管理系统存在管理流程复杂、无法实现远程无人控制等突出问题。为解决上述问题,提出电子签证技术,实现远程无人许可,利用检测算法实现对远程特定目标的实时检测,利用目标跟踪算法对特定目标及其行为进行跟踪记录。该系统已在云南省玉溪市各变电站推广使用,解决了电力生产过程中的远程安全控制问题。
