摘要

越来越多地使用计算机断层扫描(CT)作为诊断工具,需要一种有效的方法来评估目前使用的CT系统的性能。金属制品在制造过程中往往存在缺陷,这是不可避免的。在无损检测系统中,对裂纹、气孔等铸件缺陷的检测能力也是非常重要的。在本研究中,我们制作了几个模型来评估CT系统和缺陷分析工具。对其进行了CT扫描,并对扫描结果进行了讨论。为了保证精度,我们进行了测量,并与真实物体进行了比较。期望在本研究中使用的幻影有助于验证缺陷检测软件。
