摘要

随着消费类电子产品集成度的不断提高,芯片上射频系统的复杂混合信号电路得到了发展。数字块产生寄生信号,这可能会影响敏感部分,特别是通过基板。本文提出了一种用于表征注入基板的信号的测量结构。采用各种布局选项设计的数字模块的测量将有助于找到更好的布局方法,以提高65nm CMOS技术中设计模块之间的隔离。
